Hi guys!

My name is Kimberly Tapia; I’m a 25 year old girl living in Los Angeles, CA – valley girl through and through. I was born and raised here and currently still living in this wonderful part of the world. I live it, I breathe it and I can’t get enough of it!

I went to California State University, Northridge where I studied Media Management as a part of the Cinema and Television Arts department. My obsession with food began during college, when I started a little catering company to help me pay the bills, and by the time graduation rolled around, I decided to decline a job offer with a film company in order to take a full time job working in the food industry and then go off and start my own company!

My Day Job: I am co-founder of The Food Truck Group. We help entrepreneurs start their very own food truck business, aid corporate companies launch food truck marketing campaigns, rent out food trucks as props for TV/Film shoots, and book food trucks to cater for events.

My Night “Job”: I’m a wannabe food blogger, recipe creator and restaurant critic.

Life is hectic but who’s isn’t nowadays? I beat the stress by cooking up a storm at home (always healthy), stuffing my face with local culinary delights (not so healthy) and indulging in free-flowing red wine and craft beers (grapes and barley are healthy – OBVIOUSLY).
