Nutrients + Caffeine + Deliciousness… What more do you want from a breakfast smoothie?! I’ve posted this recipe before on my instagram feed (if you’re not following me, click here!), but it felt appropriate to give this smoothie it’s own blog post because A) Today is St. Patty’s Day ♣ and B) I’m super-duper proud of this recipe and I’ll tell you why below:
A few months ago, I had broken my beloved Ninja blender, so instead of replacing it, like a smart person would, I decided it was way easier to go to Robek’s Smoothies every.single.day to get their Super Green Smoothie that I absolutely loved. The smoothie cost me $6 each time and I did this for about 4 weeks, you do the math…. yikes! I finally came to my senses and invested in a new blender and promised myself I’d recreate Robek’s Super Green Smoothie. I wish I could say it was spot-on identical, it’s not, BUT it is pretty damn close and a helluva lot cheaper! Hope you enjoy!
XOXO,
♥Kimmy
