Buffalo Hummus

Ingredients
  • 1 can garbanzo beans – rinsed
  • 4 oz light cream cheese
  • ¼ cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
  • ⅓ cup frank’s red hot sauce
  • 1 minced garlic
  • pinch of cracked black pepper
  • ½ tbsp. chopped chives, for garnish
  • optional (but reccommended): whole wheat pita chips
Instructions
  1. In a blender/food processor, add in: garbanzo beans, light cream cheese, greek yogurt, frank's red hot sauce, garlic, cracked black pepper.
  2. Blend/pulse on high for 3 minutes or until smooth.
  3. Spoon out into a bowl and garnish with chopped chives.
  4. Scoop with whole wheat pita chips or celery and carrot sticks.
