Buffalo Hummus

- 1 can garbanzo beans – rinsed
- 4 oz light cream cheese
- ¼ cup non-fat plain greek yogurt
- ⅓ cup frank’s red hot sauce
- 1 minced garlic
- pinch of cracked black pepper
- ½ tbsp. chopped chives, for garnish
- optional (but reccommended): whole wheat pita chips
- In a blender/food processor, add in: garbanzo beans, light cream cheese, greek yogurt, frank's red hot sauce, garlic, cracked black pepper.
- Blend/pulse on high for 3 minutes or until smooth.
- Spoon out into a bowl and garnish with chopped chives.
- Scoop with whole wheat pita chips or celery and carrot sticks.
