“If it ain’t spicy, it ain’t good.” This is how I navigate the food world. There have been times when I have eaten a meal without anything spicy – no hot sauce, no salsa, no chili flakes – only to find the aforementioned AFTER I’ve finished my meal. I get truly upset; like throw things at the wall upset (just kidding). Because we all know that the meal could have been SO much better had it just been SPICY. Feel me?…
Buffalo Hummus
Myself, and every other person that couldn’t give two hecks about football, uses this time of the year as an excuse for their snackage (I think I just made up an adjective!) behavior. But what is more “game day food” than chips AND dip? Well, how about…. BUFFALO WINGS!! This little dip right here is a hummus-buffalo-wing-fusion sans the hen.
Luckily, for all you hungry snackers, this hummus dip uses ingredients that you probably already have at home. Nada fancy here. PLUS, you have the added bonus of HEALTHINESS. Yup. Put down the greasy game day snacks and indulge in this creamy sinfully delicious dip. Yes, I’m talking to you….
Chocolate Cinnamon Banana Pops
I really like ice cream pops. Like, really, REALLY like them. I like their creaminess, the cold tingly feeling on my tongue as I’m licking away, but most of all I like their SWEETNESS and RICHNESS.
Add some chocolate to that and BOOM – I’m in heaven (as are most people). Unless you’re a weird non-chocolate loving alien from a planet not of this universe (like my best friend Rachel, but who’s pointing fingers?). Ha.

Tastemade Sunday Brunch!
“Brunch on Sunday?” YES, YES, and, um, let me think… YES. I used to not like Sundays. Womp, womp. Mostly, because Fridays and Saturdays were *almost* always more fun. Also, because Sunday meant the day before Monday (aka the start of the work or school week) BORING. And DEPRESSING.
But, every since I hopped over the line between being a child to legal drinking aged WOMAN, I realized Sundays were the best days of the week. They were the days where I could wake up from a crazy Saturday night only to keep the party going in a much more adult manner during brunch. A day where it was not looked down upon to have a higher ratio of alcohol than fresh juice in your glass… I mean seriously. If you’re not sipping on champagne on a Sunday morning, then who the heck are you? Not my friend, I assure you. Just kidding… kind of.
